Phoenix is a Hypnotherapy & Counselling Service offering therapeutic intervention and support to Adults, Adolescents and Children, whilst specialising in Health & Wellbeing.
Therapeutic work is delivered by an experienced and qualified professional who is accredited by the National Voluntary Regulator for Complementary Healthcare Practitioners in the UK (CNHC), the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapists and Counsellors (NRPC) and the British Brainworking Research Society (BBRS).
At Phoenix, you will experience a committed, compassionate and friendly approach to therapy, where individuality is embraced and sessions are carefully tailored to meet your unique needs.

I am a qualified and accredited therapist, specialising in Healthcare & Wellbeing, working always within the code of ethics of professionally recognised hypnotherapy and counselling registering bodies.
I have over 30 years’ experience in the Health, Education and Social Care sectors, including specialist roles in relation to mental health, anxiety and behavioural issues (adults and children).
The wide range of needs, conditions, symptoms, issues and behaviours that I can work with, is reflective of the extent of my experience and the quality of my training and continuing professional development.
I put considerable emphasis on the integrity of my approach, so you can be assured that, together, we will explore your needs, wishes and feelings; to develop a method of therapeutic support specifically for you, with the aim of achieving the outcome you desire.
My approach to working with adolescents and children follows the same philosophy and includes specialised child focused techniques that are developed to be age and needs appropriate. Parental or carer support and agreement is required and positively encouraged when working with young people under the age of 16. I have an enhanced DBS check in place.
I recognise that, for some, taking the first step in seeking help is not always easy; whatever your situation, whatever your query or question, I encourage you to contact me and just ask away.
